This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the strategic vision and long-term roadmap for at least five key partnerships (state agencies, large districts, federal partners, private child care providers).
• Build and enhance Teachstone’s reputation as a trusted partner among various stakeholders within the client’s organization.
• Utilize renewals as a chance to establish agreements that position Teachstone for a measurable positive impact on partner organizations.
• Prepare and conduct executive briefings, strategic business reviews, and impact narratives that drive expansion.
• Lead internal planning processes for partnerships that align all departments with common objectives for each strategic partner.
• Act as the sole point of strategic accountability across internal teams for designated accounts.
• Facilitate ongoing improvement cycles for each project team based on data reflecting the team’s progress toward measurable outcomes.
• Drive the resolution of escalated issues with an emphasis on the long-term impact of relationships.
• Collect and synthesize client feedback, CLASS data, and implementation insights to produce actionable recommendations for other functional and project teams.
• Advocate for client needs within the organization, bringing system-level risks or opportunities to the attention of leadership.
• Assist in refining products and services by integrating customer insights back into Teachstone’s roadmap.
• Contribute to creating key account playbooks, renewal strategies, and templates for sharing insights.
• Mentor peers on best practices for engaging in strategic partnerships.
• Help establish the operational rhythms and infrastructure necessary to scale strategic partnership management at Teachstone.
• 7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, customer success, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead without formal authority across cross-functional teams to achieve results.
• Proven history of managing high-value, high-stakes partnerships with complex scopes or political stakeholders.
• Outstanding communicator: adept at crafting executive-level messages, influencing internally, and navigating conflicts.
• Analytical and insight-oriented: proficient in transforming data and qualitative feedback into strategic initiatives.
