This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take charge of the daily management of alliance marketing execution and partner workstreams in collaboration with strategic partners.
• Concentrate on developing and implementing partner marketing programs that drive demand, enhance partner engagement, and facilitate joint go-to-market strategies.
• Oversee daily operations with significant tech sector strategic partners and enterprise technology company clients (e.g., AWS, Salesforce, SIs), ensuring initiatives progress efficiently among various stakeholders and teams.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, dependencies, follow-ups, and coordination for intricate partner marketing initiatives.
• Create and design sophisticated partner communications, campaign materials, internal updates, executive presentations, and GTM resources customized for enterprise-level stakeholders.
• Align partner, event, regional, marketing, and sales teams to implement joint campaigns, webinars, nurturing programs, events, and integrated partner initiatives.
• Propel alignment and execution among internal and external stakeholders to ensure initiatives stay on track and operationally effective.
• Utilize AI tools and emerging technologies to optimize workflows, enhance operational efficiency, expedite content development, and foster smarter execution across partner marketing initiatives.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in partner marketing, alliance marketing, channel marketing, program management, or similar B2B marketing roles.
• Experience in supporting enterprise technology company clients and/or operating within enterprise SaaS or technology settings.
• Strong project and program management capabilities, with experience managing multiple complex workstreams concurrently.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and drive initiatives from planning through to execution.
• Experience in supporting strategic partner ecosystems, including AWS, Salesforce, SIs, or similar enterprise alliances.
• In-depth understanding of B2B demand generation and partner-driven go-to-market strategies.
• Proven experience in creating executive presentations, partner communications, campaign assets, and marketing materials.
• Proficiency in AI, with the ability to utilize AI tools to enhance workflows, efficiency, organization, and content creation.
• Highly proactive, solutions-oriented, and adept at working independently in dynamic environments.
• Strong professional judgment with a keen attention to detail and quality of execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external enterprise stakeholders.
• Capability to manage shifting priorities while ensuring organization, speed, and high-quality execution.
• Experience in Management Consulting, collaborating across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Analytics, and Partner teams.
