Territory Manager, Pipe & Fittings – Pacific NW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Drive increased sales revenue and profitability in the Washington, Oregon, and Alaska markets.

• Meet sales objectives by effectively marketing and communicating the company's products and/or associated services to clients.

• Generate demand by educating customers on the features and advantages of the Certa-Lok restrained joint PVC Product system.

• Conduct professional presentations or demonstrations of the company's products and services.

• Build, nurture, and sustain business relationships with distributors, engineers, municipalities, and contractors.

• Assess marketing data through the use of sales management software tools.

• Proactively manage travel schedules to cover the designated territory.

• Enhance professional and technical expertise by participating in educational workshops.

• Address customer complaints by diagnosing issues and facilitating solutions promptly.

• Provide management with weekly updates on market activity/results and monthly territory analyses.

• Analyze the potential of the territory/market and assess customer value.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or a related field.

• A minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in outside sales.

• Preferred experience in Pipe & Fittings/Plumbing sales.

• Experience in multi-level sales and pull-through sales is required.

• A self-starter who is motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven.

• Strong skills in presentation, organization, and time management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Solid technical skills and aptitude; capable of presenting technical concepts through hands-on demonstrations to customers.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Valid driver's license with a clean DMV record.
