This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assists in the creation and execution of sales goals and strategic planning for existing and prospective accounts.
• Coordinates suitable call strategies for all NSK industrial distributors and their user markets within the designated territory.
• Prepares and maintains sales records, reports, and customer forecasts for field operations.
• Addresses and resolves technical inquiries from NSK customers and their end users.
• Conduct high-quality, opportunity-focused sales calls at NSK Distributors, End Users, and specified Target Accounts.
• Demonstrates effective time management and territory oversight to ensure thorough coverage of the assigned area.
• Utilize, maintain, and update sales activities and opportunities using CRM systems on a daily basis.
• Implement and manage critical inventory levels for Key Customers.
• Document cost savings through the AIP process submitted on a monthly basis.
• Proactively expand sales within Strategic Core Accounts in collaboration with all Distributors.
• Actively develop new Target Account opportunities with all Distributors.
• Handle both proactive and reactive conflict and complaint resolutions, both externally and internally, as needed.
• Assist in providing product forecasts by part number and customer, where feasible.
• Preference for 5 years of experience in industrial technical sales.
• Experience selling through industrial distributors or OEMs.
• Proficiency in working with CRM systems such as Salesforce.com.
• Experience in selling within the Heavy Industry (mining and/or metals) is considered advantageous.
• Expertise and application knowledge in engineering or millwrighting are regarded as assets.
