This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +4 more states.
• Drive the sales growth of Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Neurovascular Division products while transitioning customers from competitive products in alignment with company policies and sales strategies.
• Demonstrate and explain the proper surgical application of our products to healthcare professionals.
• Address customer inquiries and objections in a manner consistent with established sales training methodologies.
• Sustain and grow existing accounts, establish new ones, cultivate robust customer relationships, and achieve sales targets across a diverse product range.
• Implement the sales process in a manner that is clear, professional, ethical, and compelling.
• A Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 3 years' experience in relevant healthcare or business-to-business sales is mandatory.
• Preferably, at least 2 years of experience in Medical Device sales.
• Experience in the Neurovascular field is advantageous.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience selling to surgeons in an operating room or Radiology suite, as familiarity with working alongside physicians is highly valued.
• A valid driver's license issued in the United States is required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are crucial.
• Willingness to relocate and live within the designated Territory is necessary.
