This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine, +2 more states.
• Oversee a portfolio of diverse mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) accounts or a mix of these accounts.
• Accountable for managing your accounts and daily tasks, including face-to-face account visits.
• Evaluate metrics in SalesForce, Power BI, and ShowPad to strategically plan your routing schedule.
• Build strong relationships with Key Decision Makers in your territory (top accounts, RMM, RVP) and our MEP NAMs.
• Concentrate on enhancing top-line sales through strategic initiative planning and selling opportunities with Key Decision Makers.
• Ensure accountability through key performance indicators to maintain servicing standards.
• A Bachelor's degree is required (Business Management or Engineering preferred); a Master's degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of sales experience in Product, Commercial, Industrial, or a related field.
• Proficient in analyzing PowerBI and SalesForce data to formulate strategic growth plans and enhance financial performance.
• Willingness to travel frequently, with up to 50% local travel and 30% overnight travel.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and successfully pass all drug and criminal background checks.
• Able to handle, train on, and demonstrate our products, including the capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
