This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Drive sales in the designated territory while achieving or surpassing growth targets.

• Dedicate 100% of working hours to field engagement with existing and potential clients.

• Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term relationships.

• Analyze customer product usage to uncover new product and revenue opportunities.

• Manage and cultivate business relationships, providing management summary reports.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers via email, phone, online presentations, screen-sharing, and face-to-face meetings.

• Conduct market analysis and execute customer acquisition and conquest strategies.

• Follow up on sales leads and collaborate with Sales Administration on client onboarding and integration.

• Coordinate with the install operations manager to bridge sales and operations.

• Pursue new growth opportunities through outbound activities and strategic initiatives.

• Keep updated on industry trends through internal training, professional publications, and personal networks.


⛳️ Requirements

• An associate degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Must be at least 18 years old with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.

• A minimum of 3 years of professional sales experience with a demonstrated sales track record.

• Proactive, highly motivated, and well-organized.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent negotiation and sales skills.

• Willingness to travel 100% of the time.

• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Must meet insurability criteria under the company's motor vehicle insurance policy.

• Reside within the assigned territory.

• Ability to prioritize judgment, customer service, safety, and time sensitivity.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
