This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.
• Drive and enhance sales within the OR Business Unit for both existing and prospective clients.
• Ensure that sales targets for the designated territory are achieved.
• Effectively communicate the advantages of utilizing CooperSurgical products in surgical practices.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales and activity reports.
• Strategically plan and implement sales initiatives to reach business objectives.
• Fulfill product training obligations and keep certifications current.
• Willingness to travel and work autonomously within the assigned territory.
• A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• 1-3 years of proven and verifiable sales experience, ideally in a hospital/OR setting.
• Demonstrated success in increasing sales in previous roles.
• Positive and satisfactory feedback from both business and personal references.
• Must maintain medical documentation and a solid health profile to meet customer requirements.
• A valid driver's license is required.
