This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +1 more state.
• Accountable for meeting the Territory Sales Quota.
• Develop and manage a robust customer base.
• Control expenditures while enhancing ZOLL's profitability.
• Cover the designated territory by promoting products to the pre-hospital (EMS) sector.
• Meet assigned sales quotas for hardware and disposable items.
• Create both short-term and long-term plans for sales growth within the assigned territory.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Deliver necessary in-service training to customers.
• Ensure a thorough technical scope review is performed prior to any sale.
• Keep organized account records in Salesforce.com.
• Provide various reports as requested by management.
• Manage and monitor demo and evaluation inventory.
• Commit to spending at least 3 days per week in the field.
• A college degree is preferred.
• Equivalent work experience will also be taken into account.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience is required, with ZOLL experience being preferred.
• Familiarity with ZOLL and competing products.
• Possess strategic and customer-focused selling abilities.
• Demonstrate professional and ethical behavior and character.
• Exhibit strong organizational and territory time management skills.
• Have effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic technical and clinical knowledge to discuss ZOLL products competently.
• Intermediate computer literacy is necessary.
