This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota, +2 more states.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with physicians, heart failure clinics, administrators, and key stakeholders.
• Present clinical, technical, and strategic information to enhance understanding and adoption of therapies.
• Lead discussions regarding pricing, negotiate contracts, and engage in value-based conversations.
• Organize and implement educational events centered around hemodynamics, guideline-directed medical therapy (GDMT), published research, biomarkers, patient selection, and localized case studies.
• Offer support on the day of procedures and assist with post-operative troubleshooting as necessary.
• Achieve or surpass sales objectives and implement quarterly business strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Professional Education, and Commercial Excellence teams.
• Perform quarterly business evaluations with key accounts to review performance and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Identify, evaluate, and secure new business prospects across both implanting and community sites.
• Maintain an extensive understanding of CardioMEMS, competing products, and alternative therapies.
• Provide on-call technical, clinical, and engineering assistance for field inquiries and procedural requirements.
• Comply with FDA regulations, company policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of direct sales experience within healthcare; a minimum of 2 years in cardiology structural heart or heart failure is preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving ≥100% of quota for two consecutive years.
• Demonstrated ability to open 3–5+ new accounts per year or to enhance underdeveloped accounts to achieve sustained usage.
• Solid understanding of the payer and insurance reimbursement landscape.
• Recent experience in launching products (preferred) within the last 3–5 years, leading 2–3 program or therapy launches annually with evidence of sustainability.
• Experience in driving program implementation and fostering ongoing program development.
• Strong executive presence with ability to deliver clinical and technical presentations to audiences ranging from 1 to 50 stakeholders.
• Proven capability to influence cross-functional buying groups.
• Comprehensive understanding of market dynamics.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop data-driven territory strategies.
