This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Accountable for fulfilling the service promise to our clients while managing and servicing profitable accounts.
• Personally delivers all quotes to customers.
• Responsible for driving annual sales growth, including retention, expansion, and acquisition of new accounts.
• Maintains regular communication with existing accounts to ensure their needs are met.
• Engages in cold calling and services new, profitable accounts.
• Possesses comprehensive knowledge of products, services, machine limitations, and cost variables.
• Follows up and communicates effectively regarding customer specifications for specific orders.
• Completes all necessary paperwork in a timely manner.
• Supplies information to the Field Sales Manager for the formulation of the annual sales budget.
• Organizes entertainment activities to foster and enhance customer relationships.
• Conducts business in a professional manner at all times to ensure a positive representation of the company.
• Engages actively in the community to expand business networks and contacts.
• Collaborates with internal team members to provide swift responses to all customer needs, delivering the Ultimate Corrugated Experience and promoting a favorable company image to clients.
• Provides weekly updates on the sales pipeline to the Director of Sales and Field Sales Managers.
• Ensures the accuracy of new item information.
• Submits accurate monthly expense reports.
• Participates in bi-weekly sales meetings.
• Leverages sales resources to develop effective selling strategies.
• Proficient user of the Amtech operating system.
• Capable of using Excel, VPS, and email for effective communication.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Skilled in all forms related to Customer Service, Design, and Estimating/Pricing.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.
• Previous experience in the corrugated industry is advantageous.
