This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Expand market share and achieve regional sales targets by fostering relationships and effectively educating and promoting the advantages of our Trudell Medical International, Heine, and Butterfly products to General Practitioners, Specialists, high-volume pharmacies, healthcare centers, and specialized clinics.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key opinion leaders, industry associations, and clinical stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong collaboration and alignment with internal team members.
• Respond to and capitalize on opportunities from inbound leads.
• Communicate consistently to relay feedback from the marketplace.
• Drive the overall sales budget achievement for the designated territory.
• Ensure that individual call objectives are successfully met.
• Complete all ongoing territory management tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Represent THS at trade shows and related events as necessary.
• Implement digital marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Develop and sustain strong clinical knowledge of relevant therapy areas and their associated drug delivery and/or therapeutic mechanisms.
• Provide insights and market feedback to internal teams.
• Ensure timely upload and regular monitoring of all sales activities and key metrics in our C.R.M. system.
• Maintain up-to-date and relevant contact lists.
• Proficiently utilize video-based technology and virtual communication.
• Diploma in Business or Science, or a related field of study.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in field sales, with knowledge of product and therapeutic practices being an advantage.
• Proven experience in establishing strong relationships with key contacts within a territory.
• Excellent business acumen demonstrated through effective business planning, including time and territory management skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, along with proven selling capabilities.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and utilization of business development tools (CRM).
• Understanding of the Canadian medical retail and healthcare professional markets, business practices, and regulations is beneficial.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proven skills in delivering professional presentations and facilitating training seminars.
• Ability to safely and lawfully operate a motor vehicle.
• A full class driver’s license with a minimum of three (3) years of driving experience.
• A satisfactory driver’s abstract is required.
• Capability to lift and/or move up to 50lbs (23kg).
