This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Achieve sales performance and meet targets for your territory.

• Drive ECP market penetration by implementing local strategies.

• Take ownership of all tender, bid, and contracting processes to foster business growth in your area.

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and important stakeholders.

• Identify and cultivate new accounts while growing existing business.

• Collaborate across various functions within the Therakos organization.

• Plan and execute professional education and KOL-led events from start to finish.

• Develop and implement territory business plans utilizing CRM tools, including sales and operating expense management.

• Ensure complete compliance in all commercial activities, adhering to SOPs, HCC, and legal standards.

• Manage administrative tasks through organized and proactive communication.

• Work autonomously with effective planning aligned to strategic objectives.

• Lead cross-border and cross-functional projects and events, taking full responsibility for their delivery.


⛳️ Requirements

• Strong planning and time management abilities; capable of independently meeting deadlines and targets.

• Exceptional presentation, project management, and negotiation skills.

• A collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented mindset with an entrepreneurial flair.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and various digital tools.

• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking capabilities.

• Resilient under pressure with a high degree of self-confidence.

• Ability to work effectively within a matrix organization and a virtual setting.

• Proven sales success, preferably in the Medical Device/Healthcare industry, with 3-5 years of experience in commercial or marketing roles in healthcare.

• In-depth knowledge of the tender process in the UK.

• Solid understanding of the healthcare market within the region.

• Demonstrated experience managing complex sales in a multi-dimensional environment.

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a (para)medical field.
