This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Meet and surpass sales objectives, activity benchmarks, and distribution goals for the territory.

• Perform in-office visits, provide product detailing, merchandising assistance, and staff training to enhance brand visibility and performance.

• Foster the adoption of products within targeted optometry accounts, including dry eye specialty clinics, independent optometrists, multi-location practices, and optical retailers.

• Implement sales strategies at the practice level to increase iVIZIA® dry eye product recommendations and consumer purchases at retail locations.

• Identify and establish buy and bill opportunities within practices.

• Cultivate strong, consultative relationships with optometrists, technicians, office managers, and retail optical personnel.

• Provide product demonstrations, clinical education, and training for patient recommendations.

• Assist in optimizing the in-office dry eye workflow, including diagnosis, recommendations, retail placement, and patient transitions.

• Represent the organization at local society meetings, customer events, and territory-level educational programs.

• Strategically manage territory routing, call planning, frequency, and segmentation to enhance reach and effectiveness.

• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor actions to uncover new opportunities.

• Keep precise CRM documentation, call notes, sampling logs, and customer records.

• Oversee in-office inventory, point-of-sale materials, and merchandising execution.

• Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager to synchronize priorities, tactics, and growth strategies.

• Provide actionable “voice of customer” insights to marketing, sales leadership, and medical teams.

• Assist with national campaigns, sampling initiatives, pilot programs, and conference activities as required.

• Ensure full compliance with company policies, promotional guidelines, and regulatory standards.

• Responsibly manage the territory budget, including travel, samples, and promotional materials.

• Engage in team training, national meetings, and ongoing skills development sessions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in OTC consumer health, pharmaceuticals, buy and bill, or medical devices is preferred.

• Eyecare experience is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of optometric practice operations and patient recommendation behaviors is greatly valued.

• Proven track record in territory management, building customer relationships, and achieving sales results.

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory.

• Self-motivated with robust organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
