This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Act as the main business development partner for a designated group of brokers.
• Hold regular meetings and sales calls with broker partners to implement established plans, assess progress, and meet set KPIs.
• Identify, recruit, and efficiently onboard new brokers.
• Execute strategies aimed at enhancing production with the goal of generating profitable business.
• Boost large account production among a select list of designated broker partners.
• Proactively address the needs of underperforming brokers as necessary.
• Cultivate relationships and foster positive recognition of PURE among key Centers of Influence (COIs); explore and advance new partnerships and programs to expand PURE membership, including Family Offices, Wealth Management Firms, Risk Management firms, Real Estate, etc.
• Form personal connections with a network of influential PURE advocates who willingly share their enthusiasm for PURE with others.
• Collaborate actively with key internal stakeholders for the development of the region/territory growth and profit plan and oversee its effective implementation.
• Over 5 years of experience in personal lines property and casualty insurance, specifically in sales, marketing, or underwriting.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Frequent travel within the assigned territory is required.
• Overnight travel may be necessary.
• Experience with high-net-worth clients is preferred.
• Comfort in engaging with wealth advisors and other centers of influence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Quick learner who can rapidly absorb information and apply it to current business scenarios.
• Proven capability to influence, lead, and motivate others.
• Demonstrated career progression with increasing responsibilities.
• Exceptional multitasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, organizational, written, and verbal communication abilities.
