This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• In the role of Territory Manager, you will collaborate with a Clinical Diabetes Sales Specialist to provide our cutting-edge insulin pump therapy to patients and healthcare providers within your community.
• Utilize your sales experience in the industry to achieve or surpass sales targets through effective business planning and customer targeting.
• Foster business expansion by developing and implementing strategic territory plans.
• Identify opportunities, establish connections, and cultivate enduring relationships with healthcare professionals (MDs, DOs, RNs, CDEs, RPhs, etc.) to generate value.
• Provide comprehensive product education and continuous support to providers, patients, and clinical educators.
• Serve as a representative of Tandem at various events, conventions, and community engagements.
• Work together with internal teams to ensure seamless sales and customer interactions.
• A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) along with a minimum of 3 years of industry sales experience, ideally in diabetes, endocrinology, insulin infusion pumps, or managed care.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% within your designated territory; a valid driver’s license, insurance, and a clean driving record are mandatory.
• A demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales objectives.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic market environment.
