This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Optimize the sales of all SIGVARIS products within the designated geographical territory.

• Identify and establish relationships with key physicians, customers, hospitals, IDNs, Medical Centers, and VAs.

• Stay informed about all competitors and their product offerings.

• Create and implement a structured itinerary or zone plan for travel.

• Conduct effective meetings with key decision-makers.

• Utilize various forms of virtual communication effectively with both customers and colleagues.

• Log detailed call activities into the sales application tools.

• Analyze sales reports to identify trends within the territory.

• Conduct searches to discover new customers, including dealers and physicians.

• Remain updated on all compression reimbursements related to state and regional insurance plans.

• Collect current market information on pricing, products, new releases, and merchandising techniques to monitor competition.

• Resolve customer complaints in a way that benefits both the company and the customer through problem investigation, solution development, report preparation, and management recommendations.

• Actively engage in medical conventions and trade shows as needed.

• Prepare and submit a weekly Planning and Activities report to the Regional Sales Manager.

• Maximize cost savings and demonstrate financial responsibility to ensure expenses remain under budget.

• Exhibit effective presentation skills.

• Promote positive morale among staff by encouraging open communication across all departments to foster an innovative and cooperative work environment.

• Maintain timely interactions with both external and internal customers to build positive relationships.

• Exhibit patience, courtesy, and tact; demonstrate flexibility, enthusiasm, and a willingness to collaborate with others as necessary.

• Employ effective communication methods.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• A minimum of two years of experience as a field sales representative, ideally with pharmacies, doctors, and retail establishments.

• B2B experience is highly preferred.

• A vehicle that meets the Auto Allowance policy standards is necessary; must be able to travel overnight 20% to 40% of the time depending on territory size.

• Capability to lift and manage a rolling detail bag and set up displays at select customer locations is essential.
