This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Establish and enhance relationships with wholesalers, dealers, contractors, builders, and other trade professionals within your designated territory.
• Expand an existing book of business by identifying opportunities to increase product adoption and fortify customer partnerships.
• Create and implement territory sales strategies that align with annual sales goals and promote long-term business development.
• Showcase merchandising, marketing, and promotional initiatives that offer value to customers and enhance market visibility.
• Provide outstanding customer service through regular account visits, proactive communication, and prompt follow-ups.
• Educate clients via product demonstrations, training sessions, and active participation in trade shows and industry events.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers, Strategic Account Managers, Business Development Managers, and Regional leadership to advance wholesale and builder initiatives.
• Maintain consistent communication with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and uncover new business opportunities.
• Leverage CRM tools and company sales protocols to efficiently manage customer relationships, territory activities, and sales prospects.
• Relay customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to internal teams to inform future product and business strategies.
• Represent Moen and Fortune Brands Innovations with professionalism, integrity, and a dedication to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Oversee territory travel and administrative tasks while supporting overall business objectives.
• Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience, ideally within the plumbing, building materials, construction products, or a related field.
• Proven experience in building and nurturing relationships with wholesalers, distributors, dealers, contractors, builders, or other channel partners.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with the capacity to establish trust and credibility across diverse customer groups.
• Experience in presenting products, conducting customer training, and supporting sales and marketing activities.
• Capability to work autonomously, manage a territory efficiently, and adapt priorities to meet customer and business demands.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Must live within the designated territory and be willing to travel up to 50%, primarily by vehicle, with occasional overnight travel required.
• Valid driver's license is necessary.
