This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Play a pivotal role in the successful introduction and expansion of Mineralys’ inaugural commercial product within a designated territory.
• Provide education to healthcare professionals regarding Mineralys’ product.
• Foster and maintain trusted relationships with customers.
• Propel product adoption and meet sales performance targets within the territory.
• Cultivate and sustain a robust understanding of the disease state, clinical data, and pertinent treatment guidelines.
• Create and implement a comprehensive business plan for the territory that aligns with brand strategy and sales objectives.
• Evaluate territory trends, customer requirements, and competitive actions to uncover opportunities.
• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Over 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sales is preferred, though other relevant sales experiences will be considered.
• Experience in specialty sales (particularly cardiometabolic) is preferred.
• Prior experience with product launches is preferred.
• A proven history of meeting or surpassing sales targets and establishing strong customer relationships.
• Strong clinical insight and the ability to convey complex scientific information effectively.
• Excellent skills in territory planning, organization, and communication.
• Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of thriving in a dynamic, launch-focused environment.
• A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
