This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Play an essential role in the successful introduction and expansion of Mineralys’ inaugural commercial product within a designated territory.
• Take responsibility for educating healthcare providers (HCPs) about Mineralys’ product.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with customers.
• Promote product adoption effectively.
• Meet and exceed sales performance objectives for the territory.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech sales is preferred, with other relevant sales experience considered.
• Experience in specialty sales, particularly in cardiometabolic, is preferred.
• Prior experience with product launches is advantageous.
• A demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing sales targets and establishing strong customer relationships.
• Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to convey complex scientific information effectively.
• Excellent skills in territory planning, organization, and communication.
• A self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset capable of thriving in a dynamic launch environment.
• A valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
