This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• This role is accountable for overseeing and managing all operational facets involved in servicing and retaining clients.
• Additionally, this position is tasked with the effective, accurate, and timely transition of new business into MedImpact.
• Ensures ongoing customer satisfaction throughout the client's lifecycle—from Conception, Implementation, Business Relationship Management, to Renewal—by leading and collaborating with the assigned client team.
• Ultimately responsible for maintaining consistent customer satisfaction, delivering successful projects, fostering and sustaining robust business relationships, and effectively executing the delivery of additional revenue to MedImpact.
• Responsible for ensuring that products, services, and project deliverables align with client service agreements, achieving appropriate service levels, meeting project timelines and deliverables per client requirements, promptly identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the client relationship lifecycle.
• Leading the implementation process for onboarding new business from existing clients.
• Employs project management expertise to monitor milestones and deliverables, timely identification/notification of risk indicators, and provides regular status updates to internal and external leadership.
• Level I: A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or an equivalent combination of education and experience, coupled with a minimum of two (2) years of account management or related client/customer service experience in a healthcare environment.
• Level II: A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or an equivalent combination of education and experience, along with a minimum of four (4) years of account management or related client services experience, and at least four (4) plus years of experience in Project Management or Project Coordination employing best practices for project methodology.
• Level III: A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or an equivalent combination of education and experience, along with a minimum of six (6) years of account management or related client services experience, and at least six (6) plus years of experience in Project Management or Project Coordination employing best practices for project methodology.
• Must possess familiarity with healthcare-related state and government regulations such as Medicaid, CMS, etc.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Visio.
