This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Serve as a primary resource for physicians, hospital personnel, and purchasing representatives regarding product usage, availability, and procedural assistance.
• Provide intraoperative case coverage and technical support during embolization coil procedures and associated neurovascular interventions.
• Assist in the implementation of the territory’s strategic sales plan by engaging in customer outreach, product in-services, and field-based initiatives aimed at increasing product adoption.
• Identify and aid in the development of new business opportunities and sales leads through interaction with clinical stakeholders and involvement in account development activities.
• Train clinicians, nurses, and technicians on Kaneka’s product indications, handling, procedural techniques, and clinical outcomes via hands-on and in-service training.
• Collect and relay market intelligence, customer insights, and competitor activities to guide territory strategy and support sales planning efforts.
• Represent Kaneka at regional conferences, physician workshops, and trade shows to enhance brand awareness and bolster educational initiatives.
• Support clinical trial initiatives by identifying potential patient cases and coordinating with the clinical affairs team to facilitate enrollment.
• Oversee rep stock inventory in the field, ensuring adherence to company policies regarding handling, tracking, and traceability.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and Territory Manager to execute targeted account growth strategies and product rollout plans.
• Work alongside the Marketing team to support educational initiatives that promote the adoption of Kaneka’s neurovascular technologies among physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Operate in accordance with quality system procedures.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Outlook.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Access.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel.
