This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of Team Velocity's processes, account management, integrated strategies, and our proprietary technology platform, Apollo.
• Aid in the creation of Customer Success documents, including meeting agendas, reporting presentations, and general client communications.
• Engage in and document discussions from client meetings and conference calls.
• Maintain ongoing communication with Account Teams regarding deliverable statuses and current work-in-progress through internal processes.
• Assist in addressing client inquiries and needs promptly.
• Work to troubleshoot production issues and errors; escalate problems when necessary.
• Grasp clients' objectives and efficiently organize deliverables to guarantee effective campaign outcomes.
• Resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Update and oversee clients' Consumer Portal(s).
• Learn and uphold knowledge of compliance and co-op requirements for all participating manufacturers (Ford and Lincoln).
• Provide support to the Account Management team with additional tasks as required.
• Anticipate client deliverables; complete tasks proactively whenever possible.
• Share in the responsibility for 100% client retention by collaborating with the team to nurture client relationships and proactively identify client risks or opportunities.
• Be a positive, proactive, and productive member of the brand team.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 0-2 years of professional experience.
• Agency experience is preferred.
• Experience in an Automotive Agency, Automotive In-House Marketing, and/or Customer Service is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Highly organized, task-oriented, and detail-focused.
• Strong critical thinking abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to write, listen, and articulate ideas clearly, concisely, and professionally.
• Proven capability to take ownership of projects proactively.
• Ability to set priorities and objectives effectively.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment.
• Ability to maintain focus and demonstrate constructive behavior under pressure.
