This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Vice President of Corporate & Foundation Partnerships is essential in developing and leading the strategy for Corporate Partnerships within the organization.
• Reporting directly to the Chief Development Officer, this role will focus on establishing and nurturing partnerships with corporations to further ZERO’s mission, aiming to grow a revenue stream projected to reach $10 million within three years.
• Create and implement a detailed partnership strategy to significantly enhance corporate support and sponsorships across various industries and commercial brands.
• Collaborate with prospective partners and the ZERO marketing team to design and present impactful cause marketing partnerships.
• Strive to secure over $10 million in annual partnership revenue by the year 2027.
• Identify and explore new partnership opportunities within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
• Develop innovative partnership models that harmonize with corporate goals and ZERO’s mission.
• Manage a portfolio of key Pharmaceutical Industry partners, emphasizing stewardship and deliverables.
• Ensure that all partnership deliverables and benefits are fulfilled according to agreements.
• Monitor partnership ROI and provide updates to key stakeholders on progress.
• Maintain, cultivate, and grow existing corporate partnerships.
• Draft partnership proposals and oversee contract negotiations to maximize the value of partnerships.
• Lead a team dedicated to corporate partnership development, activation, and stewardship.
• Formulate a compelling value proposition that appeals to pharmaceutical industry partners.
• A minimum of ten years’ experience in corporate partnership fundraising, sales, business development, or strategic partnerships, including managing complex national non-profit/for-profit partnerships that generate over $1,000,000.
• At least five years of experience in health-focused corporate partnerships, with established relationships in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record in managing consumer brand/national nonprofit partnerships, including national cause-related marketing initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a comparable blend of education and professional experience.
• Extensive experience in fundraising within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, with a thorough understanding of corporate decision-making, compliance requirements, and partnership alignment with scientific and advocacy priorities.
• Demonstrated success in creating and executing national cause-related marketing campaigns that have increased awareness, patient engagement, or fundraising results.
