This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee a strategic portfolio of B2B clients.
• Develop and implement Account Plans tailored for each client.
• Facilitate executive meetings and strategic planning sessions.
• Identify stakeholders and uncover new business opportunities.
• Negotiate contract expansions effectively.
• Create opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Track account health metrics and establish action plans accordingly.
• Manage the sales pipeline and ensure CRM records are current.
• Build predictability through accurate expansion forecasting.
• Collaborate effectively with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Support teams.
• Maintain high levels of client retention and foster growth in recurring revenue.
• Background in B2B SaaS companies.
• Experience working with SME and Mid-Market clients.
• Demonstrated success in revenue growth within a client portfolio.
• Experience in structuring processes for expansion and retention.
• Proficiency in pipeline management using a CRM system.
• Skilled in conducting commercial negotiations.
• Familiarity with account expansion strategies.
