This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Cultivate and maintain a deep understanding of the disease state, clinical information, and applicable treatment guidelines.
• Develop and implement a detailed territory business strategy that aligns with brand objectives, launch priorities, and sales targets.
• Promote product adoption and ensure compliant usage among designated healthcare providers.
• Examine territory trends, customer requirements, and competitive actions to pinpoint opportunities and make adjustments as necessary.
• Consistently achieve sales targets, meet call activity expectations, and fulfill launch milestones.
• Ensure accurate reporting for the territory and maintain up-to-date CRM documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sales is preferred, though other relevant sales backgrounds will be considered.
• Experience in specialty sales (cardiometabolic) is preferred.
• Prior experience with product launches is advantageous.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing sales targets while building strong customer relationships.
• Strong clinical understanding and the ability to convey complex scientific concepts effectively.
• Exceptional skills in territory planning, organization, and communication.
• Self-driven with an entrepreneurial spirit, capable of succeeding in a dynamic, fast-paced launch environment.
• A valid driver’s license is required, along with a willingness to travel within the designated territory.
