• Propel revenue growth within the territory by strategically focusing on both expanding existing accounts and acquiring new hospital customers (new logos).
• Identify, qualify, and engage with new hospital systems, trauma centers, and ICU programs to position Kreg as the preferred standard of care for early mobility and verticalization therapy.
• Develop and sustain a strong sales pipeline encompassing both new and existing accounts.
• Analyze market dynamics, customer demands, and competitor activities within the territory.
• Engage in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key accounts to showcase the value provided, assess utilization, and uncover potential expansion opportunities.
• 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in hospital or healthcare-related sales.
• Communication & Relationship-Building Skills: Proven ability to establish and nurture relationships with clinical staff, supply chain administrators, and decision-makers in hospital systems.
• Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales objectives, with a solid grasp of consultative selling methodologies.
• Healthcare Knowledge: Understanding of hospital sales cycles, clinical practices, and healthcare systems.
• Travel: This role necessitates daily local travel, with some overnight travel required (approximately 25% of the time).
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related discipline is preferred.
