This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee current and potential relationships with ESCO and Lighting contractor partners while creating project opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Keystone Distribution Channel to enhance partnerships that support ESCO projects.
• Provide pricing quotes and establish price structures for both Distributor and ESCO/Lighting Contractor partners.
• Work alongside the ESCO team on project assignments and inventory levels to aid ongoing and future initiatives.
• Engage in trade shows, client meetings, and host partners at various events.
• Showcase and inform ESCO/Lighting Contractor partners about Keystone's existing and new product offerings.
• Perform market research in the industry sector to position Keystone for expansion.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering is preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in sales, particularly in lighting manufacturing or distribution, with ESCO experience being advantageous.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Prophet 21 or similar tracking systems is preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
• Strong leadership and management capabilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• In-depth understanding of lighting products and their applications in the field.
• Existing connections with ESCOs, lighting contractors, and utilities are desirable.
• Willingness to travel extensively (~50% or more).
