Territory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Perform daily virtual outreach through phone calls, emails, and video meetings to pediatric practices, behavioral health providers, hospitals, schools, and community organizations to present InStride's services.

• Identify and engage potential referral partners within assigned emerging markets.

• Maintain a steady rhythm of virtual meetings and follow-ups with established referral partners.

• Act as a reliable point of contact by providing providers with the educational materials, resources, and information necessary for them to confidently refer families.

• Effectively communicate InStride's value proposition through virtual presentations to clinical staff, referral coordinators, schools, and community organizations.

• Assist in the development of newly launched and emerging markets by recognizing opportunities to enhance provider relationships and referral networks.

• Relay feedback from referral partners to enhance provider experiences, referral workflows, and InStride's solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare outreach, provider relations, business development, customer-facing healthcare roles, healthcare operations, or sales.

• High level of empathy along with outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Comfortable in building relationships virtually and presenting confidently to diverse audiences.

• Strong follow-through capabilities with the ability to manage a high volume of outreach while keeping an organized CRM.

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities.

• Inquisitive, receptive to coaching, and eager to learn about complex healthcare markets.

• Flourishes in a fast-paced, collaborative, and mission-driven atmosphere.

• Must reside in one of InStride's newly launched or emerging states, including but not limited to Texas, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, New York, or Arizona.
