This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to create a territory plan that aligns with IWP’s sales strategy and objectives for surpassing quota.
• Generate and nurture new business relationships utilizing diverse sales techniques such as networking, cold-calling, and marketing data analysis.
• Identify and engage with decision makers and influencers to secure buy-in regarding IWP’s distinctive value proposition.
• Assess current accounts for unmet needs and service gaps, offering recommended solutions to enhance referral opportunities.
• Articulate the value proposition for services through in-person sales presentations and electronic communications aimed at potential referral sources.
• Evaluate initial referral sources and strategize on how to boost referral rates.
• Finalize self-generated business opportunities.
• Acquire additional referrals by fostering strong business relationships with the existing client base.
• Establish a client referral network to bolster the new account closure rate.
• Oversee and expand a dedicated sales territory.
• Engage in quarterly and annual business planning sessions with the Director of Regional Sales.
• Networking: cultivate effective working relationships across various industries (including, but not limited to, healthcare, medical devices, local unions, and patient advocacy associations).
• Fulfill all administrative responsibilities, including expense reporting, travel arrangements, Salesforce maintenance, and more as necessary.
• Collaborate with Home Office Support teams on all matters related to the sales function.
• Travel overnight within the Regional Territory is required for three (3) days each week in the field with direct reports.
• A minimum of two years of experience (preferably 5+ years in B2B outside sales) with a proven sales track record demonstrating increasing sales performance annually.
• A top performer with documented sales achievements and awards.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in managing relationships with established key strategic partners or key opinion leaders.
• Exhibit expert knowledge of sales techniques (including prospecting, overcoming objections, presentation skills, securing commitment, and negotiation).
• Display high levels of self-motivation, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to cultivate customer relationships and deliver appropriate levels of customer service.
• Proficient in a variety of software applications.
• Willingness to travel locally and nationally (25% to 35%), including participation in regional and national sales meetings.
