This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Advocate for Lilly’s comprehensive range of priority products to various healthcare provider specialties.
• Analyze the marketplace within the territory and customize strategies to enhance and secure business outcomes.
• Navigate the healthcare ecosystem and payer landscape to comprehend accounts and influence key stakeholders.
• Leverage business insight tools, data, and analytics to uncover trends, priorities, opportunities, and challenges.
• Adopt new technologies, including company-sanctioned AI tools and analytical capabilities.
• Discover opportunities to improve the customer experience.
• Employ Lilly’s selling, competency, and account management frameworks to drive performance and outcomes.
• Gain a thorough understanding of disease states, marketplace dynamics, clinical trials, and product specifications.
• Organize and facilitate patient-centered conversations with customers.
• Promote the business-unit portfolio across various healthcare provider specialties.
• Utilize the Virtual Medical Hub effectively.
• Meet targeted sales and execution metrics while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Manage customer relationships for product promotion, on-label medical inquiries, and general market access.
• Assume accountability for results across individual healthcare providers and large health systems.
• Cultivate and sustain internal and external partnerships to foster trust and collaborative success.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Professional certification or license required if mandated by a specific state.
• Valid US driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Authorization to work full-time in the United States; Lilly will not provide sponsorship for work authorization or visas.
• Proven skills in business ownership, selling/customer experience, and achieving results.
• Experience in account-based selling, with the ability to identify and engage account personnel.
• Strong learning agility, self-motivation, teamwork orientation, and emotional intelligence.
• Bilingual abilities aligned with territory and customer requirements.
• Residency within 30 miles of the territory boundary.
