Territory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Regularly meet with authorized accounts of Srixon/Cleveland Golf/XXIO/ASICS within a designated territory to communicate our company's culture, values, principles, philosophy, programs, and products.

• Be readily available and respond in a timely and professional manner to all inquiries from customers and the home office, whether in person, by phone, or via email.

• Build and sustain personal, professional, and productive relationships with all customers and stakeholders involved in the sales process.

• Conduct sales and service visits at customers' locations following established guidelines or as instructed.

• Organize and lead formal product knowledge training seminars for all personnel associated with program accounts as necessary.

• Facilitate product knowledge sessions and demo/fitting days upon request; however, all Srixon/CG customers should possess a comprehensive understanding of our company values, principles, philosophy, programs, and products.

⛳️ Requirements

• A four-year college degree is preferred, ideally in marketing or a related business field; or equivalent experience at Srixon/CG, which may include roles in Customer Service, Tour, Tech Van, or other relevant fields with at least a high school diploma; alternatively, a combination of the above may be accepted.

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

• Proficiency in computer applications (such as Word or Excel) is required.

• Ability to keep sensitive information confidential.

• Strong language and math skills are essential.

• Excellent organizational abilities are necessary.

• Must be able to collaborate effectively with others.

• Capability to initiate and maintain communication with customers and the home office.

• Ability to accept direction and constructive criticism, and to act accordingly.
