This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
• Oversee the Targeted Temperature Management territory and enhance the sales of BD-TTM products.
• Achieve sales targets set by the company within the allocated territory budget.
• Expand existing accounts while establishing new Key Accounts.
• Propel sales revenue, identify and cultivate new business opportunities, and contribute to the success of the team.
• Foster customer relationships through regular visits, product demonstrations, in-services, and procedural observations.
• Establish connections with physicians, nurses, technicians, materials management, hospital administration, BioMed departments, and executive hospital personnel.
• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Manager assigned to the corresponding accounts.
• Create monthly, quarterly, and annual strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Provide customer education, in-services, and sales training upon request.
• Manage territory expenses while maintaining customer and account documentation.
• Ensure consistent communication with sales teams, customer service, sales management, and home office personnel.
• Attend and represent BD at local, regional, and national medical conferences.
• Complete call reports, monthly performance reports, and other administrative responsibilities.
• Adhere to BD's quality, ethics, and policy standards.
• A BS/BS degree is mandatory.
• Two to four years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong focus on customer service, professionalism, negotiating, coaching, and team-building capabilities.
• Effective listening, personal assessment, information-gathering, analytical, problem-solving, and independent-thinking skills.
• Ability to quickly adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Competence with numerical data and basic mathematical processes.
• Proficiency in using personal computers, intermediate keyboarding, MS Excel, MS Word, and Bard's sales information systems.
• Possession of a valid state-issued driver's license and adherence to BD's auto safety standards.
• Capacity to read, comprehend, analyze, and interpret business, professional, technical, and governmental documents.
• Ability to present information and engage with healthcare professionals, executives, managers, clients, and customers.
• Skill in solving practical problems and interpreting written, oral, diagrammatic, or scheduled instructions.
• Willingness to travel 65–70% of the time.
