This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• In the role of Verathon Sales Representative, you will strategically oversee business operations in your territory to promote the Verathon GlideScope® product range.
• Implement sales strategies and techniques to capitalize on identified sales opportunities within the Total Available Market (TAM) segmentation and analysis.
• Cultivate new business and sustain existing relationships by understanding client needs, establishing rapport, and influencing customers through presentations that offer creative solutions to their challenges.
• Manage interactions with key customer stakeholders, including Clinical Nursing, C-suite Executives, Administration, and BioMed contacts.
• Drive a high volume of sales activity through in-person prospecting, product evaluations, proposal creation, customer presentations, and negotiations.
• Project your business potential to ensure your sales pipeline aligns with the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Stay informed on new industry and market information that enables you to adapt to changes in market demand and strategy.
• Participate in strategic business planning and execution while providing accurate and comprehensive sales reporting to leadership.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of B2B outside sales experience is necessary.
• Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements for all healthcare systems (including COVID-19 vaccination).
• Must be insurable and hold a valid driver's license.
• Capability to lift up to 100 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Residency within the territory is required, with a preference for candidates in the Raleigh area.
• Overnight travel requirements average 0-1 night per month to cover the greater Raleigh area territory.
• Travel outside the assigned territory may be necessary for the annual sales meeting, regional meetings, and in-person training as required.
• Base Salary of $65,000.
• Additional Commission Potential ranging from $90,000 to $120,000.
