• Your role will focus on driving growth and achieving lead measures and sales targets by effectively promoting Nestlé Health Science products to Healthcare Professionals across Acute, Community, and Long-Term Care channels.
• You will meet sales targets by assessing needs and advocating for Nestlé Health Science products in a professional and efficient manner, while remaining aware of competitive offerings and market dynamics.
• Conduct an analysis of account-level sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, while developing targeted selling strategies for both existing clients and potential new customers.
• Create territory-specific business plans that align with the overall organizational goals and efficiently implement these plans to reach sales objectives individually and as part of your team.
• Execute with intent to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead measures that drive sustainable and profitable sales growth.
• Optimize impactful, sales-driven customer interactions through various communication channels (face-to-face, MS Teams, & phone) that foster sustainable, profitable sales in collaboration with the account through shared accountability and clear actions.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct sales or relevant business experience, preferably in the Pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
• A post-secondary education in Nutrition, Life Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Registration as a Dietitian is a plus, though not mandatory.
• A polished professional with exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the capability to present recommendations to healthcare professionals.
• A valid full driver’s license and a clean driving record are essential, with a willingness to travel frequently within the designated territory.
• The ability to identify customer and patient needs to influence and achieve effective business outcomes.
