• Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through a combination of cold calling, targeted email outreach, and in-person prospect visits.
• Connect with potential clients to comprehend their challenges and offer tailored solutions that meet their needs.
• Keep precise and timely records of all sales activities, including calls, emails, meetings, and follow-ups, in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with the wider sales team to create and implement strategic sales plans that foster revenue growth.
• Track industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to guide sales strategy and positioning.
• Consistently meet or surpass established sales targets and performance metrics.
• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly pipeline and performance reports to leadership.
• Create, test, and refine sales outreach templates, including call scripts and email communications.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage a pipeline and monitor performance.
• Proficient in reading, speaking, and hearing English.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within Ohio for prospect meetings, events, and presentations.
• Reliable transportation is necessary.
• Prior sales experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or service-based industries is preferred.
