• Collaborate with Local Chain Account and Operator Customers while being responsible for achieving business objectives within the designated Territory, which includes Turnover, Reach & Penetration, digital engagement, FPO (Fully Profiled Operators), Demos, Sampling, and more.
• Implement Customer Business Plans (CBP), manage the Win & Retain funnel, maintain Contact Matrix, and execute a Multi-touchpoint contact strategy both online and offline.
• Possess the ability to transform Business Insights into Solution Selling, showcasing Unilever’s capacity to stay ahead of food trends.
• Create and execute Joint Business Planning (JBPs) with selected Trade partners, including agreements on Trade Terms, Sell-out activities, and engagement with DSRs & Trade teams while tracking KPIs.
• Collaborate with trade customers to secure alignment for Secondary Sales Data (SSD) partnerships, demonstrating added value.
• Work closely with the Food Solutions Trade & eCommerce team to implement promotions, ensuring stock availability and customer-focused activities to enhance Sell-out.
• Ensure the prompt submission and resolution of distributor trade claims.
• Take responsibility for 100% engagement with automated warm leads and targeted leads generated through CRM.
• Drive the conversion of leads within the territory.
• Be accountable for achieving penetration strike rate targets based on automated Accounts & SKU prioritization.
• Promote digital buying behavior through eCommerce platforms, including Webshop, trade Partner Webshop, and pure players.
• Foster Social Media Engagement and encourage participation in UFS Webinars.
• Continuously enrich operator data to ensure personalized content delivery.
• Execute an Omni-channel (On and Offline) contact strategy for your territory.
• A 4-year College Degree or equivalent Culinary Degree and/or corporate experience.
• 2+ years of experience in foodservice sales.
• Additional experience in the Culinary industry is a plus!
• Demonstrated success in building strategic relationships with decision makers among both operator and distributor customers.
• Proficient and motivated to become an adept user of our systems (Blacksmith/Forge, Salesforce.com, Power BI).
• Strong negotiation skills and solid business acumen.
