This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Provide strategic support and lead the creation of proposals, including developing support strategies and leading technical consultations.
• Ensure that proposal input is gathered from a diverse range of stakeholders, which typically includes contributions from sales, marketing, operational teams, finance, legal, and senior management.
• Conduct quality control and validate stakeholder feedback.
• Deliver high-quality, client-focused proposals, budgets, and client grids for new business ventures.
• Participate in departmental meetings such as global RFP Triage, internal P&C meetings, and other ad hoc discussions.
• Assist and engage in Proposals training, which encompasses onboarding new team members as well as ongoing training for existing staff and personnel outside the P&C team.
• Aid in activities related to the coordination, development, negotiation, and execution of client contracts and change orders for key accounts and significant opportunities.
• Contribute to the establishment of standardized procedures at the departmental level and assist in streamlining proposal preparation processes and turnaround times.
• Facilitate the development of junior staff by organizing lessons learned and continuous education programs to enhance team performance and growth.
• Promote process improvement initiatives that lead to the creation of highly accurate and effective costs and proposals.
• Ensure that senior management is adequately involved in quality control and contributes to key opportunities, ensuring their strategies are effectively communicated to clients.
• Drive continuous process improvements within the department and participate in special projects as assigned, in addition to routine responsibilities.
• Demonstrated experience in developing proposals and managing budgets within the Clinical Research Organization (CRO) sector.
• Experience in Pharmacovigilance (Safety Services) or with PV providers is advantageous.
