This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +11 more states.
β’ Establishes and nurtures positive relationships with clients through phone, email, and mail communication.
β’ Aids in the organization and management of client files and records.
β’ Evaluates the completeness of client files in the VAβs system.
β’ Responds appropriately to all communications in a timely manner.
β’ Prioritizes and independently completes a variety of administrative tasks.
β’ Ensures compliance with all VA administrative and regulatory deadlines.
β’ Demonstrates proficiency in the use of office technology and software applications.
β’ Collaborates effectively within a team environment.
β’ A minimum of an associate degree or three years of relevant work experience.
β’ Must obtain a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) card within six months of employment.
β’ Prior telephone experience is required.
β’ Familiarity with computers and data-entry functions is essential.
