• Lead cross-functional teams comprising diverse skill sets.

• Spearhead the Hybrid Squads strategy and oversee structural initiatives.

• Design and enhance acceleration programs tailored for AI-centric roles.

• Develop and oversee action plans grounded in operational metrics and OKRs.

• Manage employee expectations across various management tiers.

• Cultivate team climate, culture, and career progression (FeedZup, Performa, Méritos, Promotions, Attrition).

• Ensure teams maintain high technical standards and a proactive approach in client interactions.

• Promote Zup's culture with an emphasis on ongoing development.

• Ensure alignment with executive leadership on client strategies.

• Identify avenues to position Zup as a strategic partner with technical expertise.

• Oversee career development and advancement for both direct and indirect reports.

• Define, guide, and monitor strategic initiatives, particularly in AI.
