• Promote Zup's culture with an emphasis on ongoing development.
• Ensure alignment with executive leadership on client strategies.
• Identify avenues to position Zup as a strategic partner with technical expertise.
• Oversee career development and advancement for both direct and indirect reports.
• Define, guide, and monitor strategic initiatives, particularly in AI.
• Strong skills in people management.
• Systematic thinking coupled with a comprehensive business perspective.
• Proficient in engineering and agile metrics.
• Experience navigating complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to influence others without direct formal authority.
• Capability to execute strategically with a focus on results.
• Demonstrated experience leading mainframe modernization projects utilizing AI.
• Background in building and managing Generative AI platforms within large financial organizations.
• Advanced expertise in governance mechanisms and performance measurement for large-scale AI agents.
• Proficiency in agile frameworks applied to delivering cutting-edge technology solutions.
