📋 Description

• Oversee the financial and operational analysis of Tailor Shop and its customization performance.

• Take responsibility for creating executive-ready presentations and materials.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective execution.

• Manage the complete project lifecycle for Tailor Shop initiatives.

• Implement business plans and pilot programs effectively.

• Advocate for Tailor Shop as a key driver of growth.

• Transform complex business inquiries into actionable insights.

• Lead the creation and expansion of tools, playbooks, and reporting mechanisms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related discipline.

• Approximately 4+ years of experience in financial or operational analysis, retail operations, project management, or similar fields.

• Strong analytical skills and business insight.

• Excellent communicator with proficient PowerPoint capabilities.

• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives across different functions.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and dependable.

• Experience in retail or consumer products is preferred.

• Willingness to travel occasionally.
