Territory Coverage Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Represent Mondelēz in retail locations with professionalism, reliability, and excellence in execution while providing support to Merchandisers and Order Writers throughout the territory.

• Act as a reliable field partner by offering exceptional customer service to store teams and upholding Mondelēz standards.

• Conduct daily store visits adhering to Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence standards.

• Capture display images and document execution using DMI and Salesforce.

• Implement promotional displays in accordance with RTM-negotiated plans.

• Adhere to schedules and daily priorities established by the District Manager or RTM.

• Support seasonal transitions, new product launches, seasonal merchandising, and promotional events.

• Foster relationships with receivers, department managers, and store leadership.

• Reinforce foundational skills and aid in the onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers.

• Cultivate operational, communication, and problem-solving skills for future management opportunities.

• Comply with safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies while lifting, bending, and moving products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Possess a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods is preferred.

• Reside within the geographical boundaries of the team.

• Be available for a flexible schedule, including weekends.

• Willingness to travel within assigned markets.

• Capable of performing frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., with occasional lifting over 50 lbs.

• Ability to push and pull products.

• Proficient in Merchandiser and Order Writer coverage and execution.

• Familiar with product rotation, shelf standards, and display execution.

• Comfortable using mobile tools and applications to follow schedules, document execution, capture display photos, and complete coverage tasks.

• Skilled in managing time, tasks, store visits, and coverage assignments.

• Ability to adhere to safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies.
