This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Represent Mondelēz in retail environments with a focus on professionalism, reliability, and a dedication to execution excellence while supporting Merchandisers and Order Writers throughout the territory.
• Act as a dependable field partner by delivering exceptional customer service to store teams and upholding Mondelēz’s standards and expectations.
• Carry out daily coverage by visiting stores and applying Merchandising Excellence standards, as well as Order Writing Excellence, which includes capturing display photos and documenting execution through DMI & Sales force.
• Implement promotional displays by ensuring adherence to RTM-negotiated plans and maintaining high visibility for our brands.
• Follow assigned schedules by executing daily priorities established by your District Manager (DM) or RTM to ensure efficient and effective territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions by supporting new product launches, seasonal merchandising efforts, and prominent promotional events.
• Build and nurture relationships by collaborating with store personnel—including receivers, department managers, and store leadership—to facilitate smooth execution and teamwork.
• Support capability enhancement by reinforcing foundational skills and aiding in the onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers to bolster field capabilities.
• Prepare for future leadership opportunities by developing operational, communication, and problem-solving skills that provide a strong basis for advancement into management roles.
• Adhere to safety and compliance regulations by embracing the physical demands of the position—including lifting, bending, and moving products—while following all safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies to ensure safe and responsible driving across the territory.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license from the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory; a college degree is preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods is preferred.
• Must reside within the geographical boundaries of the team.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends, is required.
• Must be able to travel across assigned markets.
• Must be capable of performing physical activities, including frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally exceeding 50 lbs., as well as pushing and pulling.
