Territory Coverage Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Act as a representative of Mondelēz in retail environments, showcasing professionalism, reliability, and excellence in execution while assisting Merchandisers and Order Writers throughout the region.

• Provide customer service to store teams, reinforcing the standards and expectations set by Mondelēz.

• Conduct daily visits to stores adhering to the principles of Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence.

• Capture photos of displays and document execution using DMI and Salesforce.

• Implement promotional displays in accordance with plans negotiated by RTM.

• Adhere to the schedules and daily priorities established by the District Manager or RTM.

• Assist with new product launches, seasonal merchandising efforts, and promotional events.

• Cultivate relationships with receivers, department managers, and store leadership.

• Strengthen foundational skills and support the onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers.

• Enhance operational, communication, and problem-solving abilities in preparation for future management opportunities.

• Lift, bend, and transport products while complying with safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies.

• Travel within assigned markets to ensure coverage across the territory.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Hold a valid driver's license issued in the state of residence.

• A High School Diploma or GED is required.

• A college degree is preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods is preferred.

• Must reside within the geographical boundaries of the team.

• Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends.

• Willingness to travel across assigned markets.

• Capability to perform frequent lifting, bending, and carrying of up to 25 lbs., occasionally exceeding 50 lbs.

• Ability to push and pull products as needed.

• Proficient in stepping into Merchandiser and Order Writer roles.

• Competence in maintaining shelf standards, product rotation, and display execution.

• Confidence in utilizing mobile tools and applications, including DMI and Salesforce.

• Ability to adapt and take initiative in response to coverage needs and store challenges.

• Strong time and task management skills for completing store visits and coverage assignments.

• Physically prepared for moving products throughout the day.

• Capability to reinforce foundational skills and assist with onboarding processes.
