• Oversee sales operations at the territory level and act as the main point of contact between clients and SpringWorks Therapeutics.
• Achieve revenue targets by implementing brand strategies through the dissemination of approved clinical information and detailed account planning.
• Advocate for rare disease product(s) while executing programs in line with company and industry standards.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key healthcare providers, physician practices, and hospitals/clinics.
• Adapt effectively to thrive in an ever-changing healthcare environment.
• Engage in continuous training and development, enhancing product knowledge and sales skills.
• Assist local/area key opinion leaders and undertake additional responsibilities as needed.
• A bachelor’s degree is required (an advanced degree is preferred).
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or biotech sectors is mandatory.
• At least 5 years of demonstrated sales experience in Rare Disease within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, showcasing successful outcomes.
• Experience in oncology is essential.
• Proven track record of selling in a competitive market.
• Familiarity with virtual selling and a history of leveraging technology effectively.
• A comprehensive understanding of the oncology landscape and market dynamics is highly beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of reimbursement and managed care processes.
• Must exhibit high integrity and possess an exceptional work ethic.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills for effective collaboration in a remote hybrid work setting.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, including overnight stays as required by business needs.
