This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Influence and assist both high and low-prescribing CGM physicians, diabetes education nurses, various healthcare professionals, office and hospital administrative staff, as well as durable medical equipment providers to encourage the prescription of Dexcom products to their patients.

• Provide training to healthcare professionals on the utilization of Dexcom products and their integration into practice.

• Represent Dexcom at local, regional, and national trade shows and diabetes exhibitions to advocate for Dexcom products within the broader diabetes community.

• Educate pharmacies within the assigned territory about Dexcom products.

• Collaborate with market access, trade, government affairs, district and territory sales teams, and other departments to drive sales growth in the territory.

• Contribute to increasing Dexcom’s market share and achieving or surpassing district and territory sales targets and KPIs in accordance with company standards.

• Execute Dexcom strategies and track progress towards sales goals using Dexcom analytical tools.

• Be responsible and accountable for attaining assigned territory sales goals.

• Fulfill all administrative responsibilities promptly as instructed by management.


⛳️ Requirements

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.

• Must hold a valid state driver’s license, have automobile insurance, and possess a satisfactory driving record as determined by company policy.

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.

• Previous medical and pharmaceutical sales experience with a strong track record of sales success is preferred.

• Previous non-medical and pharmaceutical sales experience will also be considered.

• Knowledge of diabetes as a disease state is an advantage.
