Terraform Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, provision, configure, and manage cloud or infrastructure components using established architecture patterns.

• Automate consistent provisioning, deployment, configuration, and operational tasks.

• Implement controls for security, identity, networking, backup, monitoring, and availability.

• Analyze incidents, capacity challenges, vulnerabilities, and performance issues.

• Maintain runbooks, diagrams, standards, and change logs.

• Collaborate with teams across engineering and operations.

• Contribute to the development of reliable and maintainable solutions throughout the delivery lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience as specified in the job overview.

• Typically, at least 4 years in a relevant professional role; the exact requirement must align with the approved requisition.

• Hands-on experience with Terraform, reusable modules, remote state management, cloud infrastructure, Git, CI/CD, and policy controls.

• Professional background in cloud engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, or systems operations.

• Practical knowledge of relevant cloud, operating system, container, or automation technologies.

• Understanding of the fundamentals of networking, identity, security, monitoring, and availability.

• Experience with scripting, automation, source control, or infrastructure as code.

• Ability to systematically troubleshoot infrastructure and production issues.

• Strong skills in documentation and cross-team collaboration.
