Tenders, RFPs & Proposals Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of our interactions with external tender portals and tendering opportunities.

• Ensure our presence on the appropriate platforms and tendering frameworks.

• Regularly monitor opportunities and maintain a clear, prioritized pipeline.

• Serve as the central coordinator for proposals and tender responses.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to craft compelling, accurate, and customized responses.

• Guarantee that all submissions are compliant, well-organized, and submitted punctually.

• Foster strong working relationships with internal teams to deliver the right solution for each opportunity.

• Assist with contract reviews and commercial/tender procurement processes as necessary.

• Track results, feedback, and lessons learned from tender submissions to enhance future efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing bids, tenders, tender portals and frameworks, or proposals in a commercial, public sector, and/or consultancy setting.

• Outstanding written communication skills — capable of writing clearly, persuasively, and with meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong stakeholder management abilities, with the confidence to influence and constructively challenge.

• Highly proactive and self-motivated; comfortable taking ownership of a remit and driving it forward.

• Excellent judgement — able to evaluate what is worth pursuing and what is not.

• Superior organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple deadlines.

• Experience in supporting contracting and/or tendering processes.

• Familiarity with public sector procurement frameworks or Dynamic Purchasing Systems (DPSs).

• Background in purpose-driven, values-led, or education/skills organizations.
