This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco, +1 more state.
• Oversee the complete bidding process for Grid Automation, starting from the analysis of client requests to the submission of proposals.
• Evaluate customer requirements and RFQs to outline products, services, and solutions across the DS Agile, G500, GPG, AAA, Cyber Security, MiCOM, and Multilin portfolios.
• Assemble solutions that incorporate Telecom and M&D scopes when necessary.
• Ensure that compliant offers adhere to technical specifications and tender requirements.
• Identify and highlight key risks while maintaining mitigation strategies in the Risk & Opportunity register.
• Manage and execute Return of Experience activities.
• Align proposals with commercial strategies and execution plans.
• Acquire technical derogations and approvals when applicable.
• Conduct site assessments for both brownfield and existing substations.
• Keep typical circuits, schemes, and solutions updated in the tendering tool.
• Adhere to technical and commercial offer timelines while ensuring bid quality.
• Review and address technical bid clarifications while presenting solutions to clients.
• Assist in order booking, budget margin management, and the Operations turnover process.
• Support Sales during commercial and technical customer meetings and negotiations.
• Manage bidding phases in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
• Conduct internal tender reviews with relevant stakeholders.
• Facilitate transfer meetings and hand over documentation to Operations.
• Analyze tender hit rates and evaluate commercial and technical bid successes and failures.
• Prepare and review cost and pricing calculations.
• Obtain and update quotes for third-party products/systems in the tendering tool.
• Ensure accurate costing in the estimation tool.
• Challenge costs related to products, solutions, and delivery, while conducting risk analyses.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in tendering, commercial, or engineering roles.
• Extensive knowledge of the Grid Automation sector.
• Required knowledge of Protection and DCS/SCS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 10–15% of the time based on business needs.
• Knowledge of Telecom and M&D is an advantage.
• Familiarity with MENAT customer requirements and specifications.
• Understanding of commercial contracting guidelines.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
• Proficiency in French and Arabic is a plus.
• Proactive mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
