This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.
• Oversee the complete bidding process for Grid Automation, from evaluating client requests to delivering proposals.
• Assess customer requirements and RFQs to define and provide products, services, and solutions across the DS Agile, G500, GPG, AAA, Cyber Security, MiCOM, and Multilin portfolios.
• Consolidate Telecom and M&D scopes when relevant.
• Ensure that offers meet technical specifications and tender requirements.
• Recognize and highlight significant risks, ensuring that mitigation plans are documented in the Risk & Opportunity register.
• Manage the implementation of Return of Experience (ROE).
• Align proposals with commercial and execution strategies.
• Ensure necessary technical derogations and approvals are secured when applicable.
• Conduct site assessments for brownfield and existing substations.
• Maintain standard circuits, schemes, and solutions in the tendering tool.
• Adhere to technical and commercial offer timelines while ensuring high bid quality.
• Review and respond to technical bid clarifications while presenting solutions to customers.
• Assist with order booking in accordance with signed contracts or purchase orders, ensuring budget margins, and enhancing the operations turnover process.
• Support Sales in commercial and technical meetings and negotiations with customers.
• Manage all stages of the bidding process in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
• Conduct internal tender reviews with stakeholders based on tender deadlines.
• Facilitate transfer meetings and hand over relevant documents to Operations.
• Monitor and maintain tendering hit rates, submission percentages, and win rates.
• Review and evaluate cost and price preparation and calculations.
• Secure formal quotes for third-party products and systems, updating the tendering tool in alignment with sourcing.
• Ensure accurate costing in the estimation tool using the latest updates.
• Challenge product and delivery costs in tenders.
• Conduct commercial and technical win/loss analysis of bids.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in tendering, commercial, or engineering roles.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Grid Automation business.
• Required knowledge in Protection and DCS/SCS.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 10–15% of the time, depending on business needs.
• Knowledge in Telecom and M&D is an advantage.
• Familiarity with MENAT customer requirements and specifications.
• Comfortable working in hybrid conditions.
• Understanding of commercial contracting guidelines.
• Proactive mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in French and Arabic is a plus.
• Remote position.
• International travel up to 10–15% of the time, based on business needs.
